You food cops should arrest the lobbyists... or become pro-bono lobbyists YOURselves :)

My husband just handed me the Tufts Health & Nutrition Letter. I guess they send this to all medical offices because they know doctors believe their nonsense.

Naturally they mentioned how we should replace animal-based foods with whole grains due to saturated fat …… blah blah. They added the other typical nonsense about low fat etc…

It amazes me they are still spouting off the same crap as in the 80s. It seems like they’re even doubled down on this out-of-date theory. At this point you have to know it’s a plot to harm us.

A plot, a lack of curiosity & effort. Staying informed is hard work. Having the ability to pivot and learn something that goes against our teachings is hard work. Curiosity well...you either have it or you don't...seems like many of us here do <3

You’re hitting my tripwire Marilyn😂 don’t get me started on these institutions and their generally useless health advice. On the bright side you can learn what to do by essentially doing the opposite every time!!

On the lighter side, J ... you MUST consider doing a shipment reveal of your items from the Amos Miller farm when it next arrives. Did you see the Freiheit's little endorsement 'skit' ?!? His youngest son's devastated that the box contains merely food, Viva's wife (Marion/Miriam?) gleefully highlighted each securely packaged item protecting even eggs/jars, then ended with David's culinary skills. Perhaps a cozy silly moment of social media voyeurism, but it made me laugh aloud each time. It reinforces Barnes and his total devotion to defending the Mennonite/Amish plight. Please, as a guilty pleasure, consider doing a similar version. I doubt it would be allowed to cross our border, or I'd ask Daryl too. My Mennonite region (bank and grocery stores have 'harness posts' for horses in the parking lots) means we don't need to go far to get honest exceptional fare.

I think that’s a great idea especially once we start to do more video. I have some ideas and Daryl and I have talked about the potential of doing more things like that in general and specifically with Amos Miller. Anything that can help raise awareness to this case and food freedom in general. We are both very much dedicated to that idea!

It must be a delicate balance, in one's professional life, be it music or health or military. To find the sweet spot between taking the topic/activity seriously but presenting it with joy. Joking around too much may deflate trust for newbies, or it may be the needed fish hook. Our frustration with a culture of manufactured consent must be offset with comic tragedy. I assume that's why jests/mockery are so despised by critics. Lawyer VivaFrei is masterful.

Absolutely! It also shows authenticity. For example this is the truest representation of the relationship Daryl and I have. We are as serious as we are silly and that’s because we are real. Any time I see people who never smile, can’t joke without being insulting or take themselves too seriously, I realize I am being played in some manner. We will always and only be authentic and that will attract the right audience!

Being infuriated is always allowed. The laughter is how we survive the mess we are all in!
