Great episode. I really enjoy them all! I would definitely be interested in an episode touching on weight training program approaches. I need to feel more organized as I'm trying to incorporate weight training. I feel like I flail about at the gym in that area. Thank you both for the wealth of information you present!

No, just unable to relax as I was a light sleeper, always going to the bathroom at night. History of over active bladder and stomach issues. This has helped me to relax and get deep sleep. Calms the mind with no melatonin to disrupt your rhythm and has stopped the over active bladder. Great stuff. Clif High @Half Past Human.

Oh that is very interesting! Did you have apnea? I have experimented with mouth taping but didn’t really notice much of a difference!
