Thank you Daryl and Jay for all you do and the topics you cover. Y’all motivated me back in June to do better with my health. I’m now 51# down and exercising daily. I joined a wonderful program called E2M that provides workouts, meal plans and mental fitness coaching, it has been a lifesaver for me! The lifestyle change since June has been amazing!

Great podcast.

Reading food labels is just like reading skin care product labels. I tell my patients to ignore the front of the jar or bottle since it’s all marketing. And, most of the time the ingredients don’t match the marketing. Fancy that!

Like Daryl, I learned ingredients by simply looking them up, ingredient by ingredient. There’s no easy way, but the effort pays off for the rest of your life.
